Our baby loves this swing! The colors are nice, it works wonderfully, and the music is actually enjoyable. I love that you can use batteries or that you can plug it in. It takes a little time to put together when you get it, and the tray is a little stubborn to open, but it's one thing we can't live without in our house.

Bought it for my daughter. Putting it together was easy and not hard at all. The only think I hate about this is the mobile. All of a sudden the mobile attachments either falls off or swings backwards while in swing motion. My daughter really loves looking at it too, so when ever it swings back out of her view she gets fussy.

Really nice colors.. doesn't scream "baby" in your house. I was very happy to discover when it arrived that it has a plug in adapter cord, meaning no batteries needed! I gave it 4 stars bc my baby isn't here yet so I haven't used it, but it seems really nice :)

This is my 2nd swing (my son's only 8 weeks old, too).
After my first swing didn't work out (it was not this brand or model), I shopped very carefully for a replacement.
I chose this one because I loved the features, especially the 5 point harness and the 4 position reclining seat. And love the way it looks - blends in great with my decor.
Did not like the fact that I could not walk into a Target store and buy it, but at least it shipped for free and fairly fast (took 3 days.)
I am usually very good at putting things together, but had a really hard time with this. Had my husband help me, and turns out, I was doing everything right all along, but the front pieces were warped. My husband re-shaped them as best he could, but the swing still "wobbled". It seemed sturdy enough so we proceeded to put our son in it for a test drive. The swing was dead. Would not swing at all. We tried with fresh batteries, we tried with just the plug, and we tried with both the plug and batteries, but it would not work at all. The music worked and the light came on, but it would not start swinging. Extremely disappointing after waiting for it to arrive and having to take so much time to assemble.
Very frustrated that I just cannot go to Target and exchange it for a new one. Sure, I can return it BUT I would have to wait another 3 days for a replacement from Target.com.
I will probably buy this model swing again, but will definitely get it from another retailer. I love the features! That way, I can get the swing I want the same day, and be able to return it for a new one should I be unlikely enough to get another "DOA"!

I love the gender-neutral pattern of this swing and was pleased with the ease of assembly. I especially love that it comes with a plug-in adapter so that I don't have to spend a fortune on batteries. However, when ours first arrived, the music would play, but it would not swing. I called Graco, and they sent a replacement motor, which solved the problem entirely (although disassembling the swing to replace the motor wasn't exactly fun). IF this motor continues to work well, I will be a happy customer.

Love this swing! Very easy to put together. I did it myself at over 8 months pregnant. I love that you can plug it in instead of just running it on batteries. The music seems nice too, nothing I would get tired of quickly. And it looks good in the living room, just blends in. My little boy hasn't arrived yet, but I'm sure he will love it once he gets here!

My son realy love this swing since the first days of his life. It works perfect and has good selection of music. Safe for the baby, we didn't even buckle him for a while. Baby is very comfortable in this swing he was sleeping all night long. I would recommend this product for new mothers.

My husband and I received this as a gift,we put it together. and now everything comes on except it wont swing. Can someone please help me out on this? I don't know if it's a defect, or if we're doing something wrong.

The swing is very nice looking and easy to put together, however you have to hit the power button several times to turn if off. For some reason I had to hit power up to 10X when I wanted to turn the dang thing off. Mine finally pooped out all together after 2 weeks. Luckly target has a good return policy...I took it back to the store no problem.
